This serves to notify bidders that the COMESA Competition Commission (the Commission), wishes to issue this addendum amending the Call for Expression of Interest advertised on 22 April 2025 regarding the consultancy services for supervision of all aspects related to the construction of the Commission’s office complex as follows. This addendum is issued in accordance with Rule 30 (1) of the Commissions Procurement Rules, 2023 which states as follows, “ At any time prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, the Commission may, on its own initiative or in response to an inquiry by a candidate having purchased the tender documents, amend the tender documents by issuing an addendum, which shall become an integral part of the tender documents and any addendum shall be communicated within fourteen (14) working days to all candidates having purchased the tender documents”.
