Lusaka, Tuesday, September  23, 2019: The Vatican has appointed His Excellency Ambassador Archbishop Gianfranco Gallone as Special Representative to COMESA. The new Ambassador, who presented his Letter of Credence to Secretary General Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe at the Secretariat on Monday 23rd September 2019, will work as the link between the Secretariat in Lusaka and the Holy See in Rome.
