COMESA is inviting Individual Consultants to submit their CV [and Financial Proposal] for the following services INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT TO UPDATE THE 2013 COMESA MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES POLICY AND DEVELOP AN IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY AND COSTED ACTION PLAN. 

The Terms of Reference defining the minimum technical requirements for these services are attached as Annex 1 to this Request for Proposal.
