The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) has received financing from the European Union towards the cost of the COMESA Cross-Border Trade Initiative Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for consulting services to be procured under this project.

The specific objective of the Project is to facilitate small-scale cross-border trade flows between targeted countries through effective policy and governance reforms, institutional capacity building, improved border infrastructures and better data collection and monitoring.

The Consulting services expected to be carried out under this project include the recruitment of Team Leader/Cross Border Trade Expert
