Under the close supervision of the RFBS Project Manager in COMESA Secretariat, the Technical Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Analyst, and RFBS implementing teams to support the design, enhancement, and deployment of the RFBS mobile and web applications. They will contribute to strategic design, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives to ensure the success of the RFBS initiative. The coordinator will also be required to play a key role in expanding the platform’s geographic and commodity coverage, supporting user engagement, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project.
