Dr Dev Anand Haman was sworn in as the new Assistant Secretary General
(A & F) on 18th July, 2018 by the COMESA Heads of State and Government. Prior to his appointment as the Assistant Secretary General (A&F) , Dr Dev Haman was the COMESA Director of Budget and Finance from January 2009 to February 2017 and the Chief Internal Auditor from August 1998 to December ,2008
